Hi, I’m Michelle Ranglin

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, I am Michelle Ranglin—a passionate individual with a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Florida A&M University and a Master’s from Florida International University. Currently on the path to becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my journey unfolds across 14 years at the Department of Children & Families.

From Case Manager to Court Liaison for judges such as Fine, Dimitris, Del Rio, and Poole, a Foster Care Placement Supervisor, Behavioral Health Consultant, Mental Health Therapist, and Hospice Social Worker, my career has been diverse. My dedication to the well-being of others shines through, as I weave kindness and support into every facet of my work.

In my role as a social worker, my genuine concern for the well-being of others is a driving force. Consistently, I embody kindness and offer unwavering support to those in my sphere. A key strength lies in my ability to forge personal connections, fostering a profound sense of belonging.

Dedicated and determined, my aim is to stand as a pillar for my community. Through service in Miami-Dade and Broward County, I channel my passion into making a positive impact on the lives of those I serve.
